"The directory xxxxx could not be deleted" pops up every frickin' time.

I'll keep this short and sweet. As the title says, "The directory could not be deleted" pops up on almost every folder I am trying to delete. I would choose "ok" option and once it deleted all files, I would be able to delete that folder.

If the folder had subfolders, it would pop up on every subfolder too.

It is really driving me insane.

P.S. Folders are not opened in any program or are used by any proces.

If you can help, you would keep my sanity. Thanks!

1. Mark file
2. Click on button "Delete files" - this run "Unlocker"
3. Use "Unlocker"

I use Windows 7 x64. Unlocker will not work. Also I would like to know what is causing this.

Have any ideas?
