Hi,
Here is a test version of TC UP New application for the next TC UP version (7.2)...
LINK: http://www.meggamusic.co.uk/shup/1477314050/TCUPNew.zip
Unpack and place all files into the following directory:
\TC UP\PLUGINS\Tools\TCUPNew
---
TC UP New is a part of Total Commander Ultima Prime software package. It is designed to create files and directories. The idea of the program is to enrich the TC default tool used to create directories (accessible by pressing the F7 key) for a new, useful features. TC UP New is fast, simple and functional.
As well as creating directory or directories, TC UP New also can create files with certain extension, create directories defined in the list or create project schemas defined by the user.
---
<<< TEST >>>
Application was rewritten. Hope this fixes most anonying issues...
Please test it and if you find any issues, please report it in this thread.
Application may log all operations. To activate it you need to open configuration file:
\TC UP\PLUGINS\Tools\TCUPNew\TCUPNew.ini
and edit the following lines:
[App]
Save_Log=1
Application will log all operations into the following file:
\TC UP\PLUGINS\Tools\TCUPNew\TCUPNew_Log.txt
If you find real problem just paste here last lines from log (text between "Application Start" and "Application terminated"). This may help to eliminate potential issues.
Enjoy!

Hi Pawel,
first of all thank you so much for your work PLUS a really happy new year to you all!!!!
With the new "TC UP NEW" I encounter following problem:
When I'm creating a new txt-file, its not created in the folder I'm in, but in the other one of the second window.
Any ideas about that??
Greetings

Thank you.
Did you test latest, final version of TC UP (distributed with Total Commander Ultima Prime 7.2, released on 1 of January 2017)?

Yes, I did so. Freshly installed TCUP (which is great!!!)
and then this strange behavior.

PS: Used my old "wincmd.ini"-file. Could that be a problem?

It shouldn't be a wincmd.ini problem.
Could you send me (via private message) your wincmd.ini you use?
Also, would be very helpful if you could generate log when you try to create a file...

Hi Pawel,
that is funny! Feel like a fool.
Yesterday I replaced the new "TCUPNew" from 7.2 with an older one, which worked.
Now using the really new one again, everything seems to be allright.
It's working fine now. How that???
So the problem solved itself. Nice
Still want to have a log-file from "TCUPNew"?
Greetings and thank you

If it work then no, it is not necessary.
I am glad that it is OK now.
Have fun!
