aimp + sound plugin

Hi, at first, thanx for great package of total commander UP. really i start to try using programs of yours. Till now, i used winamp for 3 years and tryin alternative in UP named "AIMP"

a lot of things has better than winamp, but what i am missing is something like DFX plugin for winamp. When i compare the sound winamp + dfx against AIMP, its a lot of different. sound with dfx is dynamically, more clearly and better hearable than AIMP.

my question, is there any similar plugin to modify sound (as DFX plugin for winamp) in AIMP??? besides basic equalizer.

You can try to connect DFX plugin to AIMP:
1) Move plugin files to "AIMP2\Plugins\" directory
2) Load dfx plugin in PluginManager
3) Select DFX Plugin in Equalizer Window as active DSP-module.

hey! great! really works... but for another peoples using DFX:

first u must install dfx for winamp and copy directory "DFX" to AIMP/plugins/* , but u have also copy dll library named: dsp_dfx.dll which is located in /winamp/plugins

Hi,

DFX plugin is running correctly but there is another problem. Is going about record radio stream. Problem is that, when i start recording by press of "R" button, it recorded also with DFX plugin (but in my mind it have to be without all effects) because when i add again to aimp this recorded stream it plays again with DFX plugin and sound is rough and unclearly.

It caused because recorded stream is included with dfx sound effect and during playing this stream is dfx plugin applied again, already on stream with recorded dfx.

it have to be separated:

when i press record, it have to be without all effect and effect have to be use only during plaing (not recorded into stream!!!)

Artem did u understand, i try to subscribe that very detaily

Thanks for details. This problem known for me.
Radio-module will be fully rewriten in few months, because it's have more additional problems (I think it will be ready to june).

I think, u can concurrante to winamp, if u will have good feedback from users. U have very intuitive control of aimp.

for example your function, separate folders in aimp playlist by separator with name of folder was good idea.

thanx for aimp. already 1 week i am testing aimp and to this thread i will post my reactions and some problems with aimp.

i believe that sometimes (ass till now) u write reply .

Artem Izmaylov, Congratulations for building this fabulous player! What a lovely piece of work - you are an inspiration . i am having great trouble applying this plugin - i have tried numerous things. Have things changed in the present AIMP version? What do i first download - and where do i get it from? i downloaded something from fxsound.com, but seems to be separate that is OUTSIDE aimp?? Thanks a Lot
