showing full size of files at the bottom of window

any idea, how to show at the bottom of the TC's window the full size of all files in the actual directory without inserting them?
i could find in older version of TC, but now not

Open your wincmd.ini file under TC UP main directory.
In [Configuration] section find "LongInStatus" and set the value to zero.

I think LongInStatus=0 should be default cause value 1 is totally useless.

Agree with first part but not the second.

when you're in "Brief view mode" you will not see full names of files. Also remember that a lot of people have MP3 files with long names and then the names are always abbreviated.

If it was "totally useless" Ghisler would never implement it.
