Ah, yes. This was the plan, but think about it:
What is adding only the necessary things?
It needs someone who creates scripts (or rather ini files) to add to the original ones, after checking version number. It isn't impossible, but it's hard to do from InnoSetup (ULTIMA wants to use it), and even from a different program, it is hard to do, we suspended this plan. Though it may be int TC UP 6.0.
